8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday and Thursday. 8:00am - 9:30am on Wednesday.
Projects qualified for over the counter plan check:
- Residential Remodels
- Certificate of Occupancy (no work)
- Solar Projects
- Restore garage back to its original use
- Revision/plan changes to already approved projects (Residential Only)
- Business signs
- Unless specified via email by the plan checker (must bring copy of email)
- Voluntary Residential Seismic Retrofit
- Demolition projects
