SERVICES YOU NEED:

All applications submitted online will be voided after 30 days if applicant does not come in person to obtain the permit or to proceed with the in person submittal. All required fees are paid in person, there are additional documents you may require, and as well as having the online permit number ready for reference. (Please see Form B-020 for requirements) 

*Projects qualified for over the counter plan check: 

• Residential Remodels
• Certificate of Occupancy (no work)
• Solar Projects
• Restore garage back to it's original use
• Revision/plan changes to already approved projects (Residential Only)
• Business signs
• Unless specified via email by the plan checker (must bring copy of email)
• Voluntary Residential Siesmic Retrofit 
• Demolition projects
