Contractor Registration
Building Contractors
Certain construction trades require licensing through the State of Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. In the City of Bryan contractors must register annually to be able to apply for permits.

Public Infrastructure Contractors
This registration applies to contractors hired by:
1. The City of Bryan to construct public infrastructure
2. Private developers to construct infrastructure to be dedicated to the public
3. Land owners or private utilities to work in public rights-of-way or public easements.
