5-202.12: Handwashing sinks-Installation. At 5/12/26 inspection the hot water at the men's handwashing sink is not getting warm. Water must be at least 85 Degrees F. Please repair or adjust the faucet and/or water accordingly. |

5-205.11: Using a Handwashing sink-Operation and Maintenance. At 5/12/26 inspection the sink that is designated as the handwashing sink has the gray hose for the mop detergent in it. Inspector was informed that the sink used to be a mop sink, but it is now the handwashing sink. Inspector told PIC that the hose for the mop sink should not be stored inside of the handwashing sink. A handwashing sink is for handwashing only. Per the PIC the establishment does not have a mop sink. They either pour the mop waste in the floor drain or outside. Inspector informed PIC that the waste water must not be poured outside. See photograph. |

3-501.17: Ready-to-eat Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Date Marking. At 5/12/26 inspection the labels for the TCS Foods are date marked with an 8 day expiration date instead of 7 days. Time Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) Foods should be marked with Day 1 as the date of cooking, preparation, or opening. The food should be used or discarded on Day 7. The store's food is marked with prep date of 5/10/26 and an expiration date of 5/17/26. May 10th is Day 1 so the day to use or discard should be day 7 which is May 16th . See photographs. |

7-201.11: Separation-Storage. At 5/12/26 inspection there are single service items (paper plates, cups, tissue, cutlery etc) stored below chemicals (eg hand soap, sunscreen spray etc). Please rearrange the items so that food, beverages, and single service items are not stored below or in close proximity to chemicals. See photograph. |

4-101.11: Characteristics-Materials for Construction and Repair. At 5/12/26 inspection the coffee machine is leaking and there are stains on the floor. Please repair or replace the coffee machine if one will still be used in the establishment. PIC stated that a work order was requested for the unit. |

5-202.13: Backflow Prevention, Air Gap. Only one basin of the three compartment sink is indirectly drained. Operator shall have all three basins indirectly drained prior to next routine inspection. At 5/12/26 inspection the pipe from the 3 compartment sink is down in the drain. The pipe must be at least 1 inch above the drain to prevent backflow contamination. See photograph. |

6-501.12: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions. At 5/12/26 inspection the men's restroom is in need of cleaning. The floor is dirty, there is trash on the floor, and trash hanging out the garbage can. There are also stains on the floor in the back storage area due to a leaking coffee machine. Please routinely check and clean the restrooms and clean spills or leaks. See photograph. |

- Gave Person In Charge the Vomit & Fecal Clean Up Procedure Form.
- At 5/12/26 inspection the soda nozzles are in need of cleaning. The nozzles are stained. Please regularly check clean and sanitize the soda nozzles.
