Permit Fees
On February 20th, 2024, th Board of Aldermen passed Ordinance 4603 to reasonably increase certain fees of the Community Development Department in an effort to appropriately and fairly account for the City's increased costs to provide such services. Please click here for the new fee schedule which will go into effect on March 1, 2024.
Plan Review Times
Plan reviews are completed in the order received, typically within the following timeframes:
