To submit an application, click on Apply Online

To view your applications, resubmit or view documents, or make a payment, click on View Your Licenses, then select your license. 

To view available tools and reports, click on Reports 

To manage your account, click on My Account

Expired Master or Journeyman Plumber, Mechanical Fitter or Soft Water Installer licenses must apply for examination and pass prior to submitting for a new license.

Contractor Information
Licensed Masters and Journeyman must be employees of a contracting company registered with the City of Grand Island to perform work in the jurisdiction.

The following applications are available online: 

   - Application for Examination (Plumbing, Mechanical, Soft Water)
   - License Reciprocity Application (Plumbing and Mechanical Only)
   - Journeyman License
   - Renew Journeyman License
   - Master License
   - Renew Master License
   - Contractor Company Registration (Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Moving, Sign, Soft Water, and Wrecking Companies Only)
