- Contactors (even if licensed in another community)
- Medical Marijuana Establishments
- Pawn Brokers
- Peddlers
- Performers
- Tattoo & Body Piercing Artists
- Temporary ATMs (Rally)
- Temporary Vendors (Rally)
- Temporary Food Vendors (Rally)
