- On the electrical permit under the type of work select option #6: Other, Commercial, Solar. Upload a copy of the bid that needs to include all labor, materials, equipment, overhead and profit, as well as all labor, materials and equipment supplied by others. Bid must be on company letterhead and at the time of final inspection the scope of work, valuation and permit fees will be verified.
