Apply for a 72-Hour Temporary Parking Permit (Recreational Vehicles/Utility Trailers) - VACATION/SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT
Welcome to the Peoria AZ Vacation/Short Term Rental Permitting Portal.
On October 11th, 2022 the Peoria City Council adopted a new ordinance that requires owners of Vacation/Short Term Residential Rental properties within the boundaries of the City of Peoria, Arizona, to apply for and obtain a Vacation Rental Permit from the City for each property prior to offering for rent or renting that property.
Note to applicants:
• Incomplete applications will not be processed.
• There are no fees required to complete the application.
• Following the acceptance of a completed application, the permitting system will generate an authorized City of Peoria, Arizona Vacation Rental Permit and a Neighbor Notification letter template for the applicant to print.
